This study aims to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of students by implementing a creative pedagogic-based project-based learning model in social studies content IPAS lessons. This research was conducted based on the low cognitive learning outcomes and the activeness of students in learning activities is still lacking because conventional methods still dominate in learning. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach of the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model which is applied in three cycles to 24 students of class V UPTD SDN Sendang Laok. Data collection techniques used were observation and multiple choice written tests, while data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results showed an increase in the achievement of student learning outcomes from 45% during the pre-cycle to 50% in cycle I, 66% in cycle II, and 75% in cycle III. In addition to learning outcomes that can increase, there is also an increase in the activeness of students and the role of teachers in the learning process. It can be said that the application of the project-based learning model based on creative pedagogics in an effort to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes can prove effective and create a more creative, active, and meaningful learning process. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil balajar kognitif peserta didik dengan melakukan penerapan model pemeblajaran project based learning berbasis pedagogik kreatif pada pelajaran IPAS muatan IPS. Penelitian ini dilakukan didasari oleh rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif serta keaktifan peserta didik pada kegiatan belajar masih kurang dikarenakan metode konvensional masih mendominasi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mempergunakaan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis and Mc Taggart yang diterapkan dalam tiga siklus terhadap 24 peserta didik kelas V UPTD SDN Sendang Laok. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah dengan pengamatan serta tes tulis pilihan ganda, sedangkan teknik analisis data mempergunakan deskriptif kualitatif serta kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan ketercapaian hasil belajar peserta didik dari 45% saat pra-siklus menjadi 50%pada siklus I, 66% pada siklus II, serta 75% pada siklus III. Selain hasil belajara yang dapat meningkat, terjadi pula peningkatan keaktifan peserta diik serta peran guru dalam proses belajar. Dapat dikatakan bahwasanya penerapan model pemebelajaran project based learning berbasis pedagogik kretaif dalam upaya peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dapat terbukti efektif dan menciptakan proses belajar yang lebih kreatif, aktif, serta bermakna.
