<![CDATA[Masa nifas juga dapat mengalami infeksi, masa nifas masih berperan sebagai penyebab utama kematian ibu terutama di Negara berkembang seperti Indonesia ini, masalah ini terjadi akibat dari pelayanan kebidanan yang masih jauh dari sempurna. Faktor penyebab lain terjadinya infeksi nifas diantaranya, daya tahan tubuh yang kurang, kurang gizi/mal nutrisi, anemia, hygiene yang kurang baik, kelelahan serta perawatan nifas yang kurang baik seperti adanya robekan pada perineum (Kemenkes RI, 2016). Sampel adalah bagian dari populasi yang dianggap mewakili populasinya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 32 responden yang ada di Klinik Hanna Kasih Medan. Adapun alasan pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling dikarenakan jumlah responden tidak mencapai 100 orang. Hasil Pre Test Pengetahuan Mayoritas responden memiliki Pengetahuan mayoritas pengetahuan kurang baik sebanyak 20 responden (62,5%). Ada pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Melalui Media Audiovisual Terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas Tentang Perawatan Luka Perineum di Klinik Hanna Kasih Medan Tahun 2022. dengan nilai t = 6,651 artinya 6,651 kali Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Melalui Media Audiovisual terhadap pengetahuan ibu.
