<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The main problem of stroke is a decrease in motor and musculoskeletal function, which causes weakness in the limbs and results in hemiparesis so that the patient must undergo bed rest. Prolonged bedside rest can cause pressure on prominent areas of the body and reduce blood flow, putting you at risk of ducticulum. The study aims to determine the application of the Combination of Wind Pillow and Virgin Coconut Oil to the Prevention of Decubitus in Stroke Patients with Bed Rest.The type of research used is pre-experimental design one group pretest – posttest. The sample in this study is a total of 16 respondents who are stroke patients with bedridden rest. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The instruments used were observation sheets to assess the risk of decubitus with the Braden Scale and patient dependence assessment with the Barthel Index. The air pillow was monitored by changing the left-right tilt position every 2 hours for 24 hours by combining virgin coconut oil given twice a day for three days. The data was analyzed using a non-parametric test, the Wilcoxon test. Based on the bar chart, it shows that 16 respondents before the application of Air Cushion & Virgin Coconut Oil, most of the respondents had a very high risk of 10 resonances while 6 respondents had a high risk. After the intervention of Air Cushion and Virgin Coconut Oil in very high-risk respondents, the number of respondents with very high risk decreased to 2 respondents. Based on the analysis in this study, the result of ρ value 0.001 was obtained, which means that it is less than ρ value 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There was a significant effect of the administration of Air Cushion & Virgin Coconut Oil on the Risk of Decubitus in Bedside Patients in the Bougenvile Room of Abdoel Moeloek Hospital Lampung. Keywords: Stroke, Risk Decubitus, Air Cushion, Virgin Coconut Oil ABSTRAK Masalah utama stroke yaitu penurunan fungsi motorik dan muskuloskeletal, yang menyebabkan kelemahan pada anggota tubuh dan mengakibatkan hemiparesis sehingga pasien harus menjalani tirah baring. Tirah baring yang berkepanjangan dapat menyebabkan tekanan pada area tubuh yang menonjol dan mengurangi aliran darah sehingga berisiko terjadinya dekubitus. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menerapan Kombinasi Bantal Angin dan Virgin Coconut Oil Terhadap Pencegahan Dekubitus Pada Pasien Stroke dengan Tirah Baring. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni pre eksperiment design one group pretest–posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni pasien stroke dengan tirah baring total yang berjumlah 16 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi untuk menilai resiko dekubitus dengan Braden Scale dan penilaian ketergantungan pasien dengan barthel index. Bantal angin dimonitor dengan perubahan posisi miring kiri-kanan setiap 2 jam selama 24 jam dengan mengkombinasikan virgin coconut oil diberi dua kali sehari selama tiga hari. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji non-parametrik yaitu uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan diagram batang menunjukkan 16 responden sebelum dilakukan pemberian Bantal Angin & Virgin Coconut Oil sebagian besar responden memiliki resiko sangat tinggi berjumlah 10 resonden sedangkan 6 responden memiliki resiko tinggi. Setelah dilakukan intervensi bantal angin dan virgin coconut oil pada responden berisiko sangat tinggi mengalami penurunan jumlah responden dengan resiko sangat tinggi menjadi 2 responden. Berdasarkan analisa pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil ρ value 0.001 yang berarti lebih kecil dari ρ value 0.05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian Bantal Angin & Virgin Coconut Oil terhadap risiko dekubitus pada pasien tirah baring di Ruang Bougenvile Rumah Sakit Abdoel Moeloek Lampung.
