Abstract

The current technological advances, it has an impact on all sectors, including the food catering business. E-Commerce and Social Media take part in providing benefits and also promotion to catering businesses so that they can become famous. E-Commerce and Social Media were created to be able to help food catering businesses to grow so as to create Modern Business Catering. The objectives of this study are (1) classification of various types of E-Commerce and Social Media media that can be used to introduce products and increase sales, (2) identify the contents of E-Commerce and Social Media needed to create Educational Modern Business Catering management, and (2) 3) determine the effect of E-Commerce and Social Media on Modern Business Catering on increasing sales results and product introduction. The method to be used is ADDIE, with the stages are 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. This research resulted in (1) E-Commerce and Social Media classification as well as Android-based apps, (2) E-Commerce and Social Media content consisting of:  photography, video, relationship features, promotion features, and text/message, (3) based on a journal which states that E-Commerce and Social Media can have a positive impact on the food catering business both in increasing sales and in introducing its products and also as educational application for business management. By using E-Commerce and Social Media in the food catering business, it can create a modern market in the development of a food catering business and later E-Commerce and Social Media can have an influence in efforts to compete in a healthy manner and be able to compete in the global market

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and organisational commitment on employee performance. The research location in this study was carried out at BPJS Employment Karimunjawa Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research. The primary and secondary data sources used in this research are primary and secondary. In this research, a questionnaire was used as a data collection technique. The sampling method in this research used a saturated sampling technique with 33 respondents from BPJS Employment Karimunjawa Surabaya. The data analysis technique is a regression with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 29. The research results show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, while the organisational commitment variable also has a large effect on employee performance. Apart from that, the research results also prove that motivation and organisational commitment have a substantial effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is the need for good motivation and organisational commitment for employees to improve employee performance and create stable and increasing employee performance.
