Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kewirausahaan dan penggunaan sosial media terhadap minat berwirausaha pada generasi Z di Universitas Tarumanagara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa generasi Z yang berada di Universitas Tarumanagara. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara online melalui google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kewirausahaan dan sosial media berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa generasi Z di Universitas Tarumanagara.
