ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji peran kompensasi, pelatihan, dan dukungan psikologis dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement) di organisasi. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 25 jurnal dari tahun 2017- 2023, ditemukan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Dukungan psikologis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kompensasi yang memadai dan program pelatihan yang efektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterikatan karyawan, serta dukungan psikologis yang mendorong meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement).Kata Kunci: Keterlibatan Karyawan, Kompensasi, Pelatihan, Dukungan Psikologis ABSTRACTThis study examines the role of compensation, training, and psychological support in increasing employee engagement in organizations. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 25 journals from 2017-2023, it was found that the three factors have a positive and significant influence on employee engagement. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Psychological support has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement.
