Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of self-confidence of alert paramuka members. This research method is a qualitative approach with a book review approach and observation and data analysis. The results of the supervisor's research to form the self-confidence of the fundraising students are as follows: a. The coach acts as a parent, b. The coach acts as a teacher, c. The coach acts as an older brother, d. The coach acts as a consultant, e. The coach acts as a motivator. Second, the Among System used by coaches to build student self-confidence is as follows: a. Providing challenging activities according to the age of the scout raisers, b. Providing activities that refer to discipline, c. Enforcing the provision of rewards, d. Maximizing the team as a center for student learning, e. Interesting activities in scouting are always based on character education and one of them is self-confidence
