Abstract

This research aims to find out the Paramuka scout village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, documentation methods. The results of research on community development are generally actualized in several stages starting from planning, coordinating and developing various steps to handle the Scout Village formation program. The community development program in the context of establishing Scout Villages emphasizes the implementation of community-based management (CBM), namely a program management approach that uses the knowledge and awareness of local communities as its basis. A strategy to realize human-centered development practices, the center of decision making regarding sustainable resource use in the target village is in the hands of organizations in the community in the area. The community is given the opportunity and responsibility to manage the resources it has.
