Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi pemesanan berbasis website untuk Percetakan Seroja di Tegal, bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan manual. Menggunakan metode waterfall, penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil menunjukkan keberhasilan pengembangan aplikasi dengan fitur katalog produk, pemesanan online, pengelolaan pesanan, dan pelaporan terintegrasi. Implementasi berhasil mengotomatisasi proses, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, dan memperluas pemasaran. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi ini meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing Percetakan Seroja. Saran pengembangan meliputi penambahan notifikasi real-time, integrasi pembayaran online, dan peningkatan keamanan berkala. ABSTRACT This research develops a website-based ordering application for Seroja Printing in Tegal, aiming to improve the efficiency of the manual ordering process. Using the waterfall method, the research includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed the successful development of the application with features of product catalog, online ordering, order management, and integrated reporting. The implementation successfully automates processes, improves data management efficiency, and expands marketing. In conclusion, this application increases the productivity and competitiveness of Seroja Printing. Development suggestions include the addition of real-time notifications, online payment integration, and periodic security enhancements.
