Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pembinaan karakter religius melalui kegiatan keagamaan di Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Falah Ranuyoso, Lumajang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Salat Dhuha, pembacaan Asmaul Husna, dan tadarus Al-Qur’an menjadi sarana efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, toleransi, dan keikhlasan. Kegiatan ini membentuk budaya spiritual di lingkungan madrasah yang mendukung pembelajaran afektif siswa. Secara teoritis, studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan karakter yang mengintegrasikan aspek ritual, sosial, dan moral. Secara praktis, temuan ini dapat menjadi model strategis bagi madrasah lain dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Implikasi kebijakan menekankan pentingnya dukungan sarana dan keteladanan guru. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas model ini pada tingkat pendidikan lain atau dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. This study aims to examine the strategy for developing religious character through religious activities at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Falah Ranuyoso, Lumajang. A qualitative method was employed using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that the practices of Dhuha prayer, reciting Asmaul Husna, and Qur’anic reading (tadarus) effectively instill religious values such as discipline, responsibility, tolerance, and sincerity. These activities foster a spiritual culture within the madrasah that supports students’ affective development. Theoretically, this study underscores the importance of a holistic approach to character education that integrates ritual, social, and moral aspects. Practically, the findings offer a strategic model for other madrasahs in building an Islamic values-based educational ecosystem. Policy implications highlight the need for adequate infrastructure and exemplary teacher conduct. Further research is recommended to explore the effectiveness of this model at other educational levels or through quantitative approaches.
