Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables governtment spending on education and health, poverty levels, and income per capita on the Human Development Index in Banjarmasin. The data used in this study is secondary time series data for the period 2010 – 2019. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique in this research is through literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the variables of government spending on education and health, poverty levels, and income per capita simultaneously had a significant effect on the human development index. Partially shows that the variables of government spending on education and income per capita are positive and have a significant effect on the human development index. Meanwhile, the variables of government spending on health sector and poverty levels partially have no significant effect and are negatively related to the human development index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, the provincial minimum wage (UMP), the open unemployment rate on the poverty level and which factors have the most dominant influence on the poverty level. The scope of this research took the area of South Kalimantan Province. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from literature sources and official data obtained from agencies related to this research which will be processed by multiple regression analysis and simultaneous and partial tests. The results of this study are economic growth, provincial minimum wages (UMP), the open unemployment rate simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the poverty level and partially only economic growth has no effect on the poverty rate for other variables that affect the poverty level. The provincial minimum wage (UMP) is the most dominant factor affecting poverty levels.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the impact of the presence of Go-food services on the income and profit of culinary MSMEs in Pemurus luar. The respondents of this study were MSME culinary entrepreneurs with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the Mann Whitney test,a test to see the difference in the median of the two groups. if the data is interval or ratio, then the distribution is not normal. The results of this study are Go-food has a major effect on the income and profit of culinary MSMEs in the field of snacks and heavy meals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was used to (1) analyze the effect of model 1 labor force participation rate, inflation, minimum wages and aconomic growth on unemployment; (2) to analyze the influence of model 2 the labor force, inflation, minimum wages and economic growth on unemployment; (3) to determine which factor is the most in influencing unemployment in Banjarmasin City.The source of the data used in this study is secodary data obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistic of the City of Banjarmasin and the Department of Cooperatives for Micro Enterprises and Manpower of Banjarmasin City. The analysis which will be stated through the F test (simultaneously) and T test (Partially) using the SPSS version 16.0 aplication.The results of this study indicate that (1) the level og labor force participation, inflation, minimum wages and economic growth individually (partially), inflation and economic growth have a significant effect on unemployment. While the labor force participation rate and the minimum wage do not have a significant effect on unemployment; (2) labor force, inflation, minimum wages and economic growth individual (partial), inflation and economic growth have a significant effect on unemployment. While the labor force and minimum wages have no significant effect on unemployment; (3) together (simultaneously) the level of labor force participation, inflation, minimum wages and economic growth have a positive and significant effect on unemployment; (4) together (simultaneously) the labor force, inflation, minimum wages, and economic growth have a positive and significant effect on unemployment; (5) the most dominant factor affecting unemployment in Banjarmasin City, model 1 is inflation, while model 2 is economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial feasibility of the Terminal Gambut Barakat before the BMN lease collaboration with UNISKA, identify the level of sensitivity of the Terminals cash flow after the partnership, and find out the social benefits of this collaboration when viewed from the perspective of UNISKA and the people of Banjar Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data analysis techniques, namely financial feasibility analysis and sensitivity analysis. The result of this study indicates that before the cash flow cooperation, Terminal Gambut Barakat was not financially feasible. After the lease agreement was put, it was also still not financially feasible, even though the opening of the UNISKA campus at the Terminal Gambut Barakat was categorized as financially unfeasible. Still, this collaboration provided many social benefits for the people of Banjar Regency and its surroundings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what criteria are the most dominant in determining the priority criteria for developing coastal natural tourism areas in Tanah Bumbu Regency and to find out what alternative options show the most dominant results so that these alternatives become the priority focus of developing coastal natural tourism areas in Tanah Bumbu Regency. The data analysis technique used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, namely determining policy priorities for the development of coastal tourism in Tanah Bumbu Regency. The results of this study indicate that among the criteria for access, facilities, and attractiveness, the most dominant criterion to be determined as a priority criterion in coastal natural tourism areas in Tanah Bumbu Regency is the attractiveness criteria with a preference value of 68% then the facility criteria are with a preference value of 20%, and the last is access with a preference value of 12%. And of the 2 (two) alternatives that are used as research objects, the Pagatan Beach alternative has the highest preference value with a value of 63% and the second is the Angsana Beach alternative with a preference value of 37%.
