Abstract

The increasing prevalence of cyberbullying among vocational high school students poses a serious challenge in the field of education. This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening digital-based Civics Education (PPKn) as an effort to prevent cyberbullying. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis at SMK Prama Artha Serbelawan. The results show that the integration of problem-based learning and experiential learning models in PPKn effectively enhances students' digital literacy, media ethics, and awareness of digital responsibility. The study concludes that digital-based Civics Education plays a significant role in shaping students’ character as active and responsible digital citizens.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency remains a growing social challenge in Indonesian society, encompassing various forms of deviant behavior such as student brawls, drug abuse, illegal street racing, and acts of group violence frequently occurring within educational environments and urban communities. This phenomenon not only poses a threat to social stability but also signals the weakening of social control functions and the failure of character-building systems for adolescents. This study aims to identify the causal factors of juvenile delinquency, evaluate the countermeasures that have been implemented, and analyze the relationship between criminological theory particularly the Differential Association Theory and the practice of juvenile delinquency prevention in Indonesia. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) of various scientific publications from the past five years, sourced from open-access databases and reputable journals. The data were analyzed using a content analysis approach to synthesize thematic patterns from relevant empirical and theoretical findings. The results indicate that juvenile delinquency is primarily triggered by negative social environments, weak emotional bonds within families, and close association with deviant peer groups. Repressive approaches to addressing delinquency have proven ineffective, as they overlook the sociological roots of such behavior. This study concludes that preventive, community-based interventions that emphasize value education are key to addressing juvenile delinquency systemically. These findings provide an important contribution to the development of evidence-based policy strategies and the design of more contextually relevant social intervention programs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of the first principle of Pancasila to the formation of moderate religious character among youth in the era of digital disruption. The growing phenomenon of religion-based intolerance in digital spaces serves as a significant background for this inquiry. The aim of the research is to evaluate the extent to which the value of Belief in One Supreme God can be internalized within education and religious social life. The method employed is a meta-analysis literature review by analyzing academic studies from the past five years. Data were collected through systematic searches of reputable journals and analyzed using content analysis techniques and bibliometric visualization. The findings indicate that the value of divinity holds great potential in shaping tolerant religiosity, yet its implementation remains suboptimal. This study recommends the strategic integration of divine values into curricula and digital religious literacy initiatives.
