Abstract

This article examines law enforcement in the case of Gregorius Ronald Tannur, a defendant in a case of violence against Dini Sera Afrianti that resulted in her death. The main focus is the discrepancy between the acquittal issued by the Surabaya District Court and the legal facts, as well as the annulment of the verdict by the Supreme Court after the revelation of a bribery scandal within the judiciary. This case shows a gap in the judicial system, where the integrity of judges can be influenced by external factors. Fair law enforcement requires increased integrity of judges, transparency in decision-making, and more effective oversight mechanisms.

Abstract

The phenomenon of digital plagiarism has become increasingly alarming among university students, especially in the era of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Revolution that emphasizes speed and efficiency. This study aims to identify the forms, causes, and impacts of digital plagiarism among students of the General Education Course Pancasila 41, and to analyze the emerging crisis of human values from the perspective of Pancasila. A qualitative approach was combined with an online survey using Google Form, involving 30 student respondents. The results indicate that most students regularly use AI technologies such as ChatGPT and other content generators for academic purposes. Although AI facilitates efficiency in completing assignments, several students admitted a decline in academic honesty and ethical awareness. This phenomenon illustrates a crisis of human values particularly honesty, responsibility, and respect for intellectual property which reflect the second and fifth principles of Pancasila. The study highlights the urgency of developing Pancasila-based digital ethics literacy to cultivate morally responsible students amid the rapid growth of AI technology.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the implementation of values in the yudi latif's state parliament book and tan malaka's mass action book on the thought and critical consciousness of Jember University students. They presented national ideas, political morality, and a complementary spirit of social struggle in shaping the intellectual character of the younger generation. Research data are collected through the Google form questionnaires and descriptive analyses to describe student responses tendencies and use correlation tests to assess variable relationships. Studies have shown that students' understanding of national and social worth of struggle fall into high categories and affect their critical, reflective, and heightened social concern in the context of college life. The findings point out that integration of value education, political reinforcement of literacy, and open dialogue among college students is necessary for the internalization of national values and critical consciousness to develop in a balanced, deep, and sustained environment in higher education and to have a positive impact on student development.
