Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of spiritual leadership and spiritual motivation on the quality of Sharia-compliant services at Grand Permata Hati Hotel. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach aimed at determining the influence or relationship between two or more variables in a study. The sample size for this research consists of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used for data collection in this study was non-probability sampling, specifically employing accidental sampling. Research data were gathered through questionnaires and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test (simultaneous testing), and the t-test (partial testing) to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The research findings indicate that at a 5% significance level, the F-statistic value (43.403) exceeds the F-critical value (2.704), demonstrating that spiritual leadership and spiritual motivation simultaneously influence the quality of sharia services at Hotel Grand Permata Hati Banda Aceh. Additionally, partial testing shows all variables accept Ha and reject Ho, as the T-statistic values exceed the T-critical values. Thus, the study implies that spiritual leadership and motivation significantly impact the quality of sharia services at Hotel Grand Permata Hati Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence technology and strategy play an important role in business decision making. However, technology and business strategy have a very important influence on business actors in making decisions. The purpose of this quantitative study is to determine the impact of artificial intelligence technology and business strategy on business decisions in Banda Aceh. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables in a study. This study involved 96 respondents spread across Banda Aceh City. Based on respondents who decided to do business and researchers using a random sampling method. Research data were collected through a list of questions/questionnaires and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) is intended to determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results of the study indicate that artificial intelligence technology has a strong influence on business decisions, and business strategies have a close influence on business decisions. If combined simultaneously there is a significant contribution to business decisions in Banda Aceh City, with a contribution of 288.670% of its variance. This study can not only be used for ongoing business actors but also for novice business actors significantly. So, the implication in this study is that artificial intelligence and strategy can influence business decisions in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Genio PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Peunayong. Objek penelitian adalah  seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Genio di PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Peunayong. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 166 responden. Sampel penelitian ini 62 orang responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Rumus regresi yang digunakan adalah rumus regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial kualitas produkdan desain produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Sepeda Motor Honda Genio PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Peunayong.
