Abstract

Development of Medan City, number, growth, employment, sector, formality, formal sector, sectoral, sectoral, sectoral, street vendors as one of the informal sectors that are often carried out with the informal sectors, with negative impacts, the environment, slums and disorderly. But there is a need for street vendors by the community to make street vendors even more. Medan City Government through Regional Regulation No. 31 of 1993 Jo the Mayor of Medan Letter No. 54 / SK / 1994 and Mayor Regulation No.8 of 2009 concerning the prohibition of trading on patterned roads, sidewalks, and road shoulders are still ineffective. Which is marked by the number of rounds carried out by street vendors. This research aims to study the characteristics, structuring and empowerment process, the benefits of structuring and empowering, as well as understanding of the development in structuring and empowering street vendors. The existence of street vendors involving the City Limun Intersection is considered as a cause of traffic jams and differences in the beauty of the city. In connection with the New Market Thoroughly The Medan City Government reviewed the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors who were originally selling along the shoulder roads in the Simpang Limun Market in Medan City by relocating them in existing markets. This research uses descriptive type using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used include the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Street vendors at Medan's Simpang Limun Market have not been going well. This is due to the fact that many street vendors who have joined the New Market have not been well served due to the disposition of market managers and policy implementers. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi terus mendorong penggunaan artificial intelligence (AI) pada cara pembelajaran mahasiswa di Indonesia. Keberadaan artificial intelligence (AI) telah memberikan dampak signifikan bagi dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh teknologi artificial intelligence (AI) dan literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 155 mahasiswa Program Sarjana, Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari instrumen teknologi artificial intelligence (AI) dan instrumen literasi digital yang valid dan reliabel; data hasil belajar mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Ekonomi diperoleh dari nilai ujian akhir semester gasal. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa teknologi artificial intelligence berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran; kedua, terdapat pengaruh literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran; teknologi artificial intelligence (AI) dan literasi digital secara bersama-sama dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Ekonomi. Simpulannya, teknologi artificial intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran memerlukan pengawasan oleh dosen serta kemampuan dan integritas mahasiswa dalam bentuk literasi digital mahasiswa.   Technological developments continue to encourage the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in student learning in Indonesia. The existence of artificial intelligence (AI) has had a significant impact on the world of education. This research aims to reveal the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and digital literacy on learning outcomes in Learning Evaluation Courses. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used is random sampling with a sample size of 155 undergraduate students, Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Education, Panca Sakti University Bekasi. The research data was obtained from artificial intelligence (AI) technology instruments and digital literacy instruments which were valid and reliable; data on learning outcomes for Economic Education Learning Evaluation Courses was obtained from final odd semester exam scores. The results of the first research revealed that artificial intelligence technology had a positive effect on learning outcomes in learning evaluation courses; secondly, there is the influence of digital literacy on learning outcomes in learning evaluation courses; artificial intelligence (AI) technology and digital literacy jointly and simultaneously influence learning outcomes in economic education learning evaluation courses. The conclusion is that artificial intelligence (AI) technology in learning requires supervision by lecturers as well as student ability and integrity in the form of student digital literacy.
