Abstract

The digital era has changed the workforce significantly, especially with the rise of online-based jobs. This study aims to analyze the enhancement of online workers' employability through the perspective of contemporary Islamic Economic Law. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study of online workers across various sectors. The findings indicate that digitalization has expanded job opportunities and introduced challenges such as income instability and a lack of legal protection. From the perspective of Islamic Economic Law, principles of justice, balance, and ethics in transactions play a crucial role in ensuring the sustainability and well-being of online workers. Therefore, appropriate regulations aligned with Islamic economic principles are needed to promote fairness and welfare for workers in the digital era. The main contribution of this study is to provide new insights into the application of Islamic Economic Law principles in the context of digital employment and offer policy recommendations to enhance the well-being of online workers. Additionally, this research contributes to developing Islamic digital economy literature and serves as a foundation for more inclusive and fair regulations for workers in the digital age.

Abstract

Apabila setiap karyawan dipandang sebagai modal manusia bagi perusahaan, maka sangat berharga dalam memedulikan pertumbuhan dan kesejahteraannya di tempat kerja hingga akhirnya menentukan kesuksesan jangka panjang bagi perusahaan. Namun, kurangnya modal psikologis dan rendahnya persepsi dukungan organisasi akan berdampak negatif terhadap kesejahteraan di tempat kerja bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini pun bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal psikologis dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kesejahteraan di tempat kerja. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 90 karyawan swasta di PT X. Metode pengumpulan data berupa skala kesejahteraan di tempat kerja, modal psikologis, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi, serta teknik analisis data ialah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara modal psikologis dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kesejahteraan di tempat kerja dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 64.1%; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara modal psikologis terhadap kesejahteraan di tempat kerja dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 48.7%; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kesejahteraan di tempat kerja dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 42.6%. Maka, implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu menyediakan program intervensi pengembangan modal psikologis dan persepsi dukungan organisasi agar dapat berdampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan di tempat kerja bagi setiap karyawan. Abstract

The SIKAP IDAMAN application as a digital innovation in civil service management, providing access to daily performance reports (LKH), performance data, and employee discipline mapping. However, its implementation has presented psychological challenges, particularly technostress among employees. This study aims to explore the influence of perceived organizational support and technology acceptance on technostress among civil servants in the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 36 employees from the Inspectorate Office who actively use the SIKAP IDAMAN application. Mediation analysis was conducted using JASP software version 0.14.1.0 to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that perceived organizational support significantly influences technostress through technology acceptance (p = 0.036). Perceived organizational support also has a direct negative effect on technostress (p = 0.000) with a path coefficient of -0.281 (low category, f² = 0.111). Furthermore, organizational support significantly influences technology acceptance (p = 0.000) with a path coefficient of 0.849 (high category, f² = 2.584). Technology acceptance also negatively affects technostress (p = 0.031) with a path coefficient of -0.448 (moderate category, f² = 0.154). These findings highlight the importance of technology acceptance as a mediating factor in reducing technostress, and emphasize the critical role of organizational support in facilitating successful technology adaptation among civil servants.
