Abstract

Due to waiting time in cashier queues, resulting in a decline in consumer satisfaction and loss of precious time. Because of this problem, we proposed the solution for reducing waiting time in the cashier queue is a tool that can identify the type of retail product and the quantity that customers will be purchasing. In creating the design, Blender is used for the 3D, and Figma is used for creating User Inteface (UI). Hardware implementation using Jetson NANO microcomputer with camera modules to capture products and Wi-Fi capabilities to enable seamless cloud integration with its web application. Implemented in parallel with hardware implementation, the software implementation focused on creating a web application that displays every product that enters the Smart Cart. A combination of sensors, wifi modules, and a microcomputer ensures optimal performance for data handling with the database. The approximate round trip connection to the database has a minimum time as small as 17ms while the maximum is 57ms and the average is 23ms.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, Indonesiamenghadapi tantangan ekonomi berupa deflasi yangmenurunkan permintaan agregat dan melemahkan aktivitasekonomi, sehingga berdampak pada perlambatanpertumbuhan, penurunan investasi dan meningkatnyapengangguran hingga 4,91% per Agustus 2024. Dalam kondisiini, trading forex menjadi alternatif sumber penghasilantambahan meskipun berisiko tinggi, terutama bagi traderpemula. Untuk meminimalkan risiko, dikembangkan ExpertAdvisor (EA) bernama Trading-Dong 2.0 berbasis MetaTrader5 yang difokuskan pada pasar XAUUSD dengan time frameM15. EA ini mengintegrasikan Artifcial Intelligence (AI)menggunakan algoritma CatBoost untuk meningkatkanakurasi prediksi dan respons adaptif terhadap dinamika pasar.Fitur manajemen risikonya mencakup trailing stop lossotomatis, pengelolaan lot dinamis dan pemantauan drawdownsecara real time. Trading-Dong 2.0 juga telah disesuaikandengan regulasi BAPPEBTI No. 12/2022 guna menjaminlegalitasnya. Hasil backtesting dua tahun menunjukkanpeningkatan signifikan dengan win rate 62,14%, drawdown15,36% dan ROI 590%. Sementara itu, pengujian real timeselama satu minggu mencatat win rate 100%, drawdown 0% danROI 92,18%. Dengan kinerja tersebut, Trading-Dong 2.0berpotensi menjadi solusi trading forex yang efektif, aman danlegal dalam mendukung peningkatan pendapatan masyarakatdi tengah tekanan ekonomi.Kata kunci — Artificial Intelligence, ExpertAdvisor, Forex Trading.
