Abstract

The implementation of Public Service Malls (MPP) is part of bureaucratic reform aimed at improving the quality of public services through cross-agency service integration. This study aims to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in the Nyawiji Public Service Mall (MPP) in Wonogiri Regency and its contribution to improving the responsiveness of public services. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies involving MPP managers, the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPMPTSP), and agencies affiliated with the MPP. Data analysis employed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, encompassing the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results indicate that collaborative governance in the Nyawiji MPP is implemented through inter-agency coordination, alignment of service standards, utilization of information technology, and collaborative resolution of service issues. Collaboration involves regional apparatus organizations, vertical agencies, ministries, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), regional-owned enterprises (BUMD), village governments, and other public service institutions within the integrated service system. The implementation of collaboration contributes to increased service responsiveness through the provision of digital, hybrid, and manual services, as well as the innovation of free Regional Business Identification Number (NIB) issuance for micro-entrepreneurs. Research results show that collaborative governance can increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness of public services, as well as encourage more integrated, adaptive, and community-oriented services. Keywords: Collaborative Governance, Public Service Mall, Service Responsiveness.
