Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mengubah paradigma interaksi manusia dengan sistem, khususnya dalam konteks website sebagai medium komunikasi dan interaksi. Namun, seringkali pengguna menghadapi tantangan dalam menggunakan website yang tidak memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan meredesign User interface dari website pendaftaran seminar proposal tugas akhir 1 di Program Studi Informatika Universitas Telkom Purwokerto dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan Human Centered Design (HCD). Studi kasus dilaksanakan pada website sinta.ittelkom-pwt.ac.id.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesionerpraredesain dan pasca-redesain. Kuesioner pra-redesain didistribusikan kepada mahasiswa angkatan 18, 19, dan 20,sedangkan kuesioner pasca-redesain diberikan kepada angkatan 20, 21, dan 22. Skala SUS (System Usability Scale) digunakan sebagai alat ukur kepuasan pengguna terhadap antarmuka website. Perubahan signifikan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterpahaman informasi, navigasi yang intuitif, dan estetika antarmuka. Evaluasi efektivitas perubahan dilakukan melalui kuesioner pasca-redesign. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi dalam bentuk prototipe website yang telah melalui proses validasi ulang menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan uji validitas tersebut, diperoleh skor usability sebesar 51,090. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 2.028 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa angkatan 2020 (yang mengambil Tugas Akhir 1), 2021, dan 2022. Harapan dari peneliti adalah hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan website di konteks akademik, serta menjadi landasan bagi institusi lain dalam merancang antarmukawebsite yang memperhatikan kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna.Kata kunci— Redesign User interface, Website, Human Centered Design (HCD), System Usability Scale(SUS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Hajj administration procedures were carried out at the Ministry of Religion, to find out the constraints of the Hajj administrative procedures carried out by the Ministry of Religion and to find out how to solve problems that occurred in the Hajj Administration Procedures at the Ministry of Religion. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe the conditions and analyze the procedures for the administration of hajj at the ministry of religion. In this study, data relating to the author's study are sourced from library studies, field studies, and documentation techniques. The results of the research on Hajj administration procedures at the ministry of religion which is as follows: for information on the departure of the pilgrimage that is fifteen years old, prospective pilgrims can check with the portion number that has been printed on registering for Hajj registration, for bank validation numbers that have passed 7 working days or have expired, it is confirmed that prospective pilgrims when opening Hajj savings accounts do not leave files in the bank, they must wait until the process is complete and prospective pilgrims receive the file and for prospective pilgrims, they must prepare the requirements before registering Hajj with the Ministry of Religion so that data can be input quickly.
