Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia. Dengan latar belakang pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan, serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia Kota Denpasar. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan nilai thitung 2,754 > ttabel 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi 0,009 < 0,05 secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelatihan nilai thitung 5,249 > ttabel 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan nilai Fhitung 48,306 > Ftabel 3,25 dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research was conducted at PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia. With the background of the importance of employee performance in determining the success of the company, as well as the influence of leadership style and training in improving employee performance. This study aims to identify the relationship between leadership style and job training with employee performance in the company. The quantitative research method uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to determine the leadership style and training effect on employee performance. The research sample consisted of 40 employee respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination coefficient test. With the aim of continuing to develop an effective leadership style and improving the quality of training programs to optimize employee performance and achieve company goals more efficiently. The results showed a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously between Leadership Style and Training on Employee Performance of PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia Denpasar City. The results of this study state that the leadership style tcount value of 2.754> ttable 2.026 and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05 partially leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, training tcount value of 5.249> ttable 2.026 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 partially training has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and training Fcount value 48.306> Ftable 3.25 with a Sig. value of 0.000 <0.05 simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
