Abstract

Anggrek Dendrobium salaya merupakan tanaman hias dengan nilai jual tinggi namun namun terapat kendala pada masa pembungaan yang perlu waktu waktu yang lama. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi pemberian formulasi berupa nano nutrien, giberelin, dan benzil andenin purin terhadap pembungaan Dendrobium salaya. Penelitian talah dilaksanakan bulan September-Oktober 2022 di Green house Nambangan Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Candimulyo Kabupaten Magelang. Rencana yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial. Faktor pertama berupa frekuensi pemberian  formulasi pupuk. Faktor kedua berupa perlakuan formulasi pupuk, ulangan penelitian terdiri dari 3 blok tiap unit perlakuan diulang 3 ulangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analysis of Variance. dilanjutkan dengan uji LSD. Parameter yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, hari munculnya spike, panjang spike, jumlah spike pertanaman, jumlah kuntum pertanaman, jumlah kuntum per spike. Hasil penelitian  berupa nano nutrien, giberelin dan benzil adenin purin terhadap pembungaan Dendrobium salaya nunjukan pengaruh nyata namun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada frekuensi pemberian formulasi pada Analisis of Variance dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut LSD, yang menunjukan bahwa  untuk memacu pembungaan cukup menggunakan formulasi nano nutrient 1 ppm, namun jika hasilnya mau lebih optimal pada jumlah spike menggunakan formulasi benzin adenin purin 100 ppm+ nano nutrien 1 ppm dan kuntumnya diperlukan aplikasi formulasi giberelin 100 ppm + benzin adenin purin 100 ppm+ nano nutrien 1 ppm.

Abstract

Orchid propagation requires special media to optimize growth. The high selling price and complexity of making the media has resulted in household scale cultivators finding it difficult, so alternative media innovations have emerged that are cheaper and easier to make. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of modified MS media formulation on the growth of moon orchid seeds (Phalaenopsis amabilis [L.] Blume). This research was carried out at the Salaman Horticultural Seed Garden Laboratory. This research used a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 replications. Treatment consisted of P0 = control, P1 = MS, P2 = ½MS, P3 = Modified MS, and P4 = ½ Modified MS. The results of the research showed that the media formulation had an effect on the parameters that started to change seed color, the percentage of seeds that germinated, and the number of seeds that grew into protocorms bottle.Keywordss: in vitro culture, media formulation, orchid, phalaenopsis.

Abstract

Research is about Acclimatization of Dendrobium Tiara Beauty’s Orchid Imelda Marina to nano nutrient and AB mix fertilizer concentration was carried out from June to July 2022 at the Nambangan Orchid Garden, Sidomulyo Village, Candimulyo District, Mageang Regency, Central Java. The research method used a factorial experiment (5x2) arranged in a complete randomized lock design with 4 blocks. The first factor is the type of fertilizer (P) including P1 = AB mix fertilizer P2 = nano nutrients fertilizer while the second factor is the fertilizer concentration (C) with a level of D0 = 0 ml/l, D1 = 0,5ml/l, D3 = 1,5 ml/l, D4 = 2,0 ml/l. The type of fertilizer has a significant effect on the increase in the number of leaves, leaf width, increase in stm height, leaf length, addition of stem diameter, and addition of new shoots but has no effect on the chlorophyll cntent parameter. The concentration of fertilizer has a significat effect on the parameters of the addition of stem diameter, addition of stem height, leaf length, addition of new shoots. Concentration of 1-2 ml/l gave the best rsults on the parameters of stem height, leaf length, addition of stem diameter and addition of new shoos of Dendroium orchids. The interaction vetween the type of fertilizer and the concentration of fertilizer has a significant effect on the addition of stem diameter and the parametes of incresiang stem height. Keywords: Dendrobium orvhids, concentration of fertilizers and types of fertilizers.

Abstract

Potato plant (Solanum tuberosum L.) is an important food source as well as an alternative food. Potato productivity in Indonesia experienced a decline in production in 2020, due to the limited availability of quality seeds. Efforts to overcome these problems with seed production using an aeroponic system. The time interval for nutrition in potato aeroponics was controlled by a timer. Use of appropriate varieties in aeroponics in order to increase yields. The aim of the study was to determine the time interval for giving nutrition, the best variety, and the interaction between the time interval for giving nutrition and the kinds of varieties. The research was carried out at the Greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University (1,200 masl) from February-May 2022 using a factorial (2x2) completely randomized design (CRD). Factor I interval of nutrition includes 5 minutes off and 15 minutes on (I1), 10 minutes off and 15 minutes on (I2). Factor II varieties include varieties of granola L. (V1) dan tedjo MZ. (V2). The data were analyzed using ANOVA and continued with the BNT test. The results showed that the interval (I2) was best for plant height and number of leaves, while for (I1) the best results were on fresh tuber. Two varieties of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) had no effect on all observation parameters. The interaction between the interval of nutrition and the variety was responded the same to all observation parameters
