Abstract

The internet continues to evolve alongside the rapid advancements in information technology, which is one of the characteristics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) that influences the transformation of business processes from conventional methods to e-commerce. Expedition services are a key player in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) process, making a significant contribution to e-commerce as providers of goods delivery services. Currently, the expedition service industry is growing rapidly, largely driven by the expansion of online business or e-commerce. This paper discusses the supply chain (SC) performance in the expedition service sector, considering that the topic of SC performance in this sector still requires further development. The research uses the SCOR model to measure SC performance based on five key processes: plan, source, deliver, return, and enable. Performance indicator weighting is conducted using the AHP method. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the SC performance value is 82.53%, which falls within the "average" category. The highest weight was found in the "deliver" performance metric at 50.44%, while the lowest performance value was observed in the "enable" metric at 6.33%.

Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM di Indonesia memiliki kontibusi sangat besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian karena mampu menyerap tenaga kerja. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan untuk mengupayakan peluang UMKM di Indonesia dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang berlimpah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim KKM 57 Universitas Serang Raya menempati kampung Kaso RT 01/RW 005 Desa Bunihara, Kecamatan Anyar. Melalui observasi dan pengumpulan data, didapatkan informasi bahwa di sepanjang aliran sungai perbukitan terdapat lahan yang dimanfaatkan warga melakukan budidaya ikan air tawar fokus pada budidaya ikan lele. Budidaya tersebut hilang karena luapan air sungai yang menenggelamkan kolam dan area persawahan membuat ikan-ikan hanyut terbawa aliran sungai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, menghasilkan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kembali budidaya ikan lele dengan memperkuat pengetahuan masyarakat dengan kegiatan edukasi di setiap tahapan pengembangannya, serta memberikan inovasi penanggulangan awal untuk menghindari luapan air sungai dengan media kolam jaring, dan juga melakukan pengerukan untuk pelebaran saluran air sungai dan penggalian dasar sungai agar sungai dapat menampung volume debit air cukup besar.

Abstract

This research focuses on distribution management issues in Indonesia, with an emphasis on high logistics costs (23.5% of the national Gross Domestic Product in 2021). PT. XYZ, as the main dealer for Honda motorcycles, faces distribution strategy challenges due to various factors such as an extensive distribution network, fluctuations in delivery demand, variations in delivery vehicle capacity, and high delivery costs. The research objective is to develop a distribution strategy for Honda motorcycle spare parts to obtain optimal delivery routes. The approach used is the Saving Matrix and Nearest Neighbor method, based on actual demand data for Honda motorcycle spare parts from January 3rd to January 14th, 2023, involving 81 distribution network points. The research results indicate that the new route yields a distance savings of 1006.92 kilometers with a distance efficiency of 28.61% and a fuel cost savings of Rp. 2,152,771,- with a fuel cost efficiency of 26.64% compared to the initial route. The creation of a web-based route formation application interface aims to be dynamic and can be used anytime to facilitate daily route formation for deliveries.
