Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung karakteristik individu, knowledge management, dan lingkungan kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh langsung karakteristik individu, knowledge management, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi, dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung karakteristik individu, knowledge management, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 32 pegawai sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah pegawai sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Mei s.d Juli 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, knowledge management, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, karakteristik individu, knowledge management, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct influence of individual characteristics, knowledge management, and the work environment on employee performance, (2) analyzing the direct influence of individual characteristics, knowledge management, and the work environment on motivation, (3) analyzing the indirect influence individual characteristics, knowledge management, and work environment directly affect employee performance through work motivation. This research uses primary data through a survey of 32 employees as a sample from the total number of 32 employees. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months from May to July 2024. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The research results showed that individual characteristics, knowledge management, and the work environment influence employee performance, individual characteristics, knowledge management, and the work environment have an indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation.
