Abstract

The rapid development of technology can help the education sector with the existence of information systems in an educational institution, especially in the process of paying student school fees. Pelita Nusantara Middle School is one of the schools that is still conducting administrative activities payment of education costs by recording manuals. This certainly takes a long time and causes long queues and sometimes errors often occur in reporting reports. This research was made to overcome these problems using the Design Thinking approach through several stages which included the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing stages. The process of making information systems payment of this education fee, the authors designed it using the PHP and MySQL programming language as a database design. The results obtained from this study are the application of website -based education fees payment with the application of Midtrans Payment Gateway. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the application facilitates the payment process at Pelita Nusantara Middle School to be more effective and efficient and save a lot of time.

Abstract

This study aims to design an employee recruitment information system for PT. Kiyokuni Technologies to address problems in the manual paper-based selection process, including accumulation of applicant files, risk of data loss or damage, lengthy recruitment procedures, and difficulties faced by the HR department in making selection decisions. The research applies the waterfall method and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result is a proposed employee selection information system design that can serve as a basis for future implementation, expected to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making effectiveness in the employee recruitment process.

Abstract

Seleksi Penerimaan Karyawan merupakan hal yang penting bagi perusahaan untuk memperoleh calon karyawan baru dalam menduduki suatu jabatan. Proses perekrutan karyawan yang terjadi di dalam sebuah perusahaan biasanya memakan banyak waktu dan biaya yang tidak sedikit, proses tersebut tergantung dari banyaknya seleksi tes yang dilakukan. Penentuan kriteria-kriteria pelamar yang diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang baik untuk mencegah kesalahan- kesalahan dan kecurangan-kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak tertentu, dalam hal ini digunakan Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode SMART dirancang untuk mendukung seluruh tahap pengambilan keputusan mulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah, memilih data yang relevan, dan menentukan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, sampai mengevaluasi pemilihan alternatif. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini membantu melakukan penilaian setiap pelamar, melakukan perubahan kriteria,dan perubahan nilai bobot. Penulis menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan databsae MySQL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Membangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerimaan karyawan untuk mempermudah dalam proses penyeleksian penerimaan karyawan
