Abstract

Perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web dalam memantau pelanggaran ubudiyah di asrama membantu pengelola dalam menyajikan informasi secara real-time, sehingga tercipta lingkungan disiplin yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama.  Perncangan sistem informasi ini mampu menyajikan data yang akurat, efektif, dan efisien, mempermudah pengelola dalam pengelolaan pelanggaran. Penggarapan sistem informasi menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan perancangan. Sistem informasi akan menyajikan informasi berupa pelanggaran santri terhadap peraturan ubudiyah yang bertugas menetibkan tentang kegiatan keagaamaan seperti tertib shalat jamaah, rajin baca yasin, burda dan tahlil ataua kegiatan lainnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan manajemen kepatuhan santri di pesantren.  Kata Kunci: pelanggaran ubudiyah, sistem informasi berbasis web, asrama pesantren, kedisiplinan santri, metode Waterfall.    Designing a web-based information system to monitor ubudiyah violations in dormitories helps managers present real-time information, thereby creating a disciplined environment that is in accordance with religious values.  This information system design is capable of presenting accurate, effective and efficient data, making it easier for managers to manage violations. The development of the information system uses the Waterfall method, which includes the design requirements analysis stage. The information system will provide information in the form of students' violations of ubudiyah regulations which are tasked with regulating religious activities such as orderly congregational prayers, diligent reading of yasin, burda and tahlil or other activities. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving student compliance management in Islamic boarding schools. To improving student compliance management in Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara is a type C private hospital that has implemented a web-based hospital management information system (SIMRS), including in the Emergency Room unit. This system allows medical personnel to input patient data digitally, monitor the status of treatment rooms, and accelerate communication between service units. Objective: To determine the relationship between the implementation of Information Technology (SIMRS) and the efficiency of patient care in the Emergency Room (IGD) of Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital Jepara. Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The study population is medical personnel and administrative staff in the Emergency Room of Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital Jepara. The research sample is 30 respondents. The results of the correlation analysis show a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of SIMRS and the efficiency of patient care, with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.652 and p <0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the implementation of Information Technology and the efficiency of patient care.
