<![CDATA[Dengan melihat fakta dunia sekarang tentang cara berpikir manusia dan tindakannya yang terlalu cepat menilai orang lain membuat penulis merasa tertarik menelusuri hal ini. Terhadap realitas ini, penulis memilih konsep etika nilai Max Scheler yang menyajikan cukup buah pemikiran untuk mengkaji hal ini. Dengan alasan ini penulis mempresentasikan konsep etika nilai Max Scheler tentang nilai-nilai material yang khas dirinya untuk menjawab realitas tersebut. Penulis dengan singkat dan padat mendeskripsikan pandangan umum dan permasalah tentang nilai dengan tujuan membuat perbandingan dengan etika nilai Scheler. Dengan begitu penulis berusaha mengangkat secara lebih kentara manakah ciri khas etika nilai dari Scheler. Selanjutnya, penulis berusaha untuk membuat analisis terhadap aksiologinya. Di sini, penulis akan memperlihatkan manakah gagasan-gagasan yang Scheler gunakan untuk menyusun etika nilainya yang dikritik maupun didukung oleh beberapa pemikir dan juga menunjuk kelemahan dan keunggulan dari aksiologinya yang berguna sebagai pendasaran tindakan moral manusia. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menjawab persoalan di atas; untuk membuat suatu analisis yang dilanjutkan dengan refleksi terhadap aksiologi Max Scheler demi menunjuk kelemahan dan keunggulan etika nilainya. Juga, melihat sumbangan etika nilai dan aksiologi Max Scheler bagi ilmu etika dan pertimbangannya bagi kehidupan manusia. The facts of the world today about the way humans think and act too quickly to judge others makes the author feel interested in exploring this matter. Regarding this reality, the author chooses the concept of the ethics of value Max Scheler, which provides enough ideas to study this matter. For this reason, the author presented the concept of the ethics of Max Scheler's values about material values that are unique to him to answer this reality. The author briefly and concisely describes general views and issues regarding values in order to make comparisons with Scheler's ethical values. In this way the author tries to raise more clearly what is the characteristic of Scheler's ethics of values. Next, the writer tries to make an analysis of the axiology. Here, the author will show which of the ideas Scheler used to construct his ethical values which were criticized and supported by some thinkers and also pointed out the weaknesses and advantages of his axiology which are useful as a basis for human moral action. The purpose of this paper is to answer the above problems; to make an analysis followed by a reflection on Max Scheler's axiology in order to point out the weaknesses and advantages of his value ethics.
