<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Independensi Dan Akuntabilitas Hakim Dalam Mewujutkan Peradilan Yang Imparsial di Sulawesi barat. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris (non doktrinal), yakni penelitian yang berkarakter ilmu hukum, dimana di dalam penkajiaanya selalu melekat unsur (norm) atau norma, dengan mengawali efektifnya dalam mengukur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Hakikat Independensi dan Akuntabilitas Hakim Dalam Mewujutkan Peradilan Yang Imparsial, adalah mandiri secara personalitas funsional, merdeka secara institusional serta memiliki kompotensi dibidang hukum. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah Hakim diharapkan mandiri secara personalitas funsional, merdeka secara institusional serta memiliki kompotensi dibidang hukum demi terwujutnya independensi, akuntabilitas dan imparsial hakim dalam proses peradilan. The research objective is to analyse the Independence and Accountability of Judges in Realising Impartial Justice in West Sulawesi. The type of research used is empirical legal research (non-doctrinal), namely research that has the character of legal science, where its study always involves elements (norms) or norms, starting with their effectiveness in measurement. The results of this study indicate that the nature of independence and Accountability of Judges in Realising Impartial Justice is independent in terms of functional personality, institutional independence, and competence in the field of law. This study recommends that Judges are expected to be independent in terms of functional personality, institutional independence and having competence in the field of law in order to realise the independence, accountability and impartiality of judges in the judicial process.]]>
