Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership, teacher self-confidence, and teacher motivation on teacher performance and student achievement in the context of education. This study uses a quantitative approach, and data is collected through surveys and interviews. The research sample consists of teachers and students in various schools in a particular area. The data analysis results indicate that effective leadership has a positive impact on teacher motivation, teacher self-confidence, and teacher performance. Furthermore, teacher motivation also has a positive influence on teacher performance and student achievement. The findings of this research provide important recommendations for the development of leadership and teacher motivation to improve teacher performance and student achievement in the context of education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen perencanaan PTK oleh guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang matang dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan PTK, dengan guru yang terlibat dalam pelatihan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam merancang dan melaksanakan tindakan kelas. Namun, tantangan utama yang ditemukan adalah keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya dukungan dari pimpinan sekolah. Kesimpulannya, PTK dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran jika dilakukan dengan perencanaan yang tepat dan didukung oleh pelatihan yang memadai serta dukungan dari pihak sekolah, sementara kolaborasi antar guru juga sangat penting untuk keberhasilan pelaksanaan PTK.
