Abstract

The objective to be achieved is to know what factors make the toll service users reluctantto switch to using e-money. Contributions in this study are expected to provideinformation to Bank Indonesia in establishing policies related to financial transactions inIndonesia. The clan service party as the manager of the toll road and the addition of thesciences rationality in the field of marketing is mainly related to consumer behavior inchoosing a particular product.This study uses primary data with data collection techniques through questionnairemethod. The respondent used is the user of motorway owner of Group 1 vehicle. Furtherdata is processed using Factor Analysis with the help of Statistical Package for the SocialScience (SPSS) version 24 for Windows. Previously tested the instrument with validityand reliability test.The results showed that there are 4 factors that make the toll users are reluctant to switchto using e-money. These factors are the main general behavior factor of a person relatedto individual factor with eigen value 5,364, perception factor with eigen value 1,585,infrastructure factor with eigen value 1,396 and factor of information with eigen value1,034.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian atas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan Mahasiswa untuk menjadi investor saham di pasar modal melalui galeri investasi di perguruan tinggi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Chi Square, yakni suatu analisis yang dapat menyederhanakan faktor yang beragam dan kompleks pada variabel yang diamati dengan manyatukan faktor atau dimensi yang saling berhubungan atau mempunyai korelasi pada suatu struktur data yang baru yang mempunyai faktor lebih kecil. Manfaat dari analisis faktor adalah melakukan peringkasan variabel berdasarkan tingkat keeratan hubungan antara variabel, sehingga akan diperoleh faktor-faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel lainnya. Hasil penelitian: Terdapat 10 (sepuluh) faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan untuk membuka rekening efek di galeri investasi. Faktor tersebut dikelompokkan menjadi: Faktor pertama yaitu X7 (membuka rekening karena faktor kekinian), Faktor Kedua yaitu X5 (membuka rekening di kampus lebih mudah dibandingkan di perusahaan sekuritas), Faktor ketiga yaitu X9 (investasi jangka panjang, X2 (ingin belajar investasi di pasar modal), X10 (faktor risiko yang rendah, dan X15 (pertimbangan syariah atau tidak syariah), Faktor keempat yaitu X13 (iming-iming tambahan nilai dari dosen), Faktor kelima yaitu X3 (atas ajakan dosen), Faktor keenam yaitu X14 (investasi yang aman), dan Faktor ketujuh yaitu X4 (pendapatan). Kata-kata Kunci : keputusan membuka rekening, galeri investasi, mahasiswa, makassar ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence the decision of students to become stock investors in the capital market through investment galleries in tertiary institutions. The method of data analysis in this study uses Chi Square, which is an analysis that can simplify diverse and complex factors in the observed variables by integrating factors or dimensions that are interconnected or correlating to a new data structure that has smaller factors. The benefit of factor analysis is to summarize variables based on the level of closeness of the relationship between variables, so that the dominant factors that affect other variables will be obtained. esearch results: There are 10 (ten) factors that influence the decision to open a securities account in the investment gallery. These factors are grouped into: The first factor is X7 (opening an account due to current factors), the Second Factor is X5 (opening an account on campus is easier than in securities companies), The third factor is X9 (long-term investment, X2 (wanting to learn investment in the market capital), X10 (low risk factor, and X15 (sharia or non-sharia considerations), The fourth factor is X13 (the lure of additional value from the lecturer), the fifth factor is X3 (at the invitation of the lecturer), the sixth factor is X14 (investment safe), and the seventh factor is X4 (income).
