Abstract

Aplikasi Tiktok merupakan media masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kreatifas yang melibatkan unsur video dan audio dengan beragam efek suara. Teknik pengolahan sinyal menjadi salah satu basic rahasia dalam proses ini. Dalam riset ini akan dikupas teknik efek suara menggunakan Matlab dengan inputan berupa data audio dengan format wav. Penentuan variable yang diperlukan dan fungsi-fungsi yang akan digunakan telah didesain untuk setiap efek suara. Pada penelitian ini dirancang 4 efek, yaitu electro, megaphone, vibrato, dan Echo. Efek electro menghasilkan keluaran suara seperti menggunakan microphone akibat nilai treable (a) yang diset sebesar 0,7 dan nilai kualitas suara (comp) sebesar 0,4. Megaphone adalah efek suara yang kedua, dimana efek ini menyerupai suara pada radio. Variable yang mempengaruhi efek ini adalah nilai penguatan (gain) sebesar 10 dan nilai impuls noise sebesar 0,900. Vibrato adalah efek yang diiringi dengan suara yang bergetar diakibatkan variabel nilai rate sebesar 0,03, nilai amp sebagai nilai penguat sebesar 0,7, dan nilai delay sebesar 0.09. Echo adalah efek suara gema akibat menerima delay sebesar 0,5 detik dan tingkat gema (Alpha) sebesar 0.85. Kata kunci: Efek suara, WAV, Filter, Matlab

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of halal certification assistance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Randuagung Village, Sumber Jambe District, Jember Regency. The background of this research is the importance of halal certification as a guarantee of product compliance with Islamic law and as an effort to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in both local and global markets. A qualitative method with a field study approach was applied through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that most MSME actors initially lacked knowledge about the benefits, procedures, and requirements of halal certification. Through socialization and mentoring activities, five out of nine MSMEs expressed their willingness to apply for halal certification and successfully completed the administrative requirements, including the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB). Beyond administrative aspects, the mentoring program also increased the awareness of MSMEs regarding the importance of maintaining standards of hygiene, halal integrity, and food safety. This program not only adds value to MSME products but also supports government initiatives in developing the halal industry and contributes to empowering rural communities’ economy. For sustainability, further technical guidance is needed to ensure that all MSMEs are able to complete the halal certification process independently.
