Abstract

Supervision is a must in guarding learning, because without supervision of learning, it is certain that there will be a decline in the quality of learning. In one of the units owned by the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, namely Madrasah Aliyah Syafiiyah (MASS) Tebuireng, there is a department that is superior, namely the MAKK department. The curriculum used is really very good, and runs according to the vision and mission. However, there are several things that must be evaluated and improved, one of which is related to supervision. This article attempts to explore the MAKK Program and the obstacles and solutions that must be done.   Abstrak: Supervisi menjadi sebuah keharusan dalam mengawal pembelajaran, sebab tanpa disertai dengan supervisi pembelajaran dipastikan akan mengalami kemunduran dalam mutu pembeljaran. Di salah satu unti yang dimilki pondok pesantren Tebuireng yakni Madrasah Aliyah Syafiiyah (MASS) Tebuireng terdapat Jurusan yang menjadi unggulan yakni jurusan MAKK. Kurikulum yang digunakan sunggguh sangat baik, dan berjalan sesuai visi misi. Akan tetapi ada beberapa hal yang harus dievaluasi dan diperbaiki salah satunya terkai dengan supervisi. Artikel ini berusaha untuk mengupas Program MAKK tersebut dan kendala serta solusi yang harus dilakukan. Kata kunci: Supervisi, MAKK, Pesantren
