Abstract

Saga seeds possess a high protein content, presenting a potentially economical substrate for microbiological medium development. This study evaluated the suitability of saga seeds (Adenanthera pavonina) as an alternative culture medium for propagating Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The objective was to determine whether medium derived from saga seeds could sustain bacterial proliferation at levels comparable to conventional medium. It was postulated that both flour-based and infusion-based saga seed medium would yield bacterial growth statistically indistinguishable from that on Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA). Two formulation methods were examined: a flour-based medium and an infusion-based medium. E. coli and S. aureus were cultured on these alternative media and benchmarked against TSA. Colony-forming units (CFUs) were quantified and statistically analyzed using an independent samples t-test. The infusion-based medium displayed complete solubility with no residue, whereas the flour-based variant showed sedimentation. Colonies on both saga-based media appeared white, circular, and approximately 3 mm in diameter, consistent with those on the control medium. Based on productivity rate standards, both the saga seed medium fulfilled the minimum criteria for a non-selective medium. After adjusting for dilution, E. coli reached 1.06 × 10⁵ CFU/ml on the flour-based medium, exhibiting no statistically significant deviation from TSA. In contrast, the infusion-based medium supported lower E. coli growth at 0.94 × 10⁴ CFU/ml. S. aureus growth on the flour-based (1.08 × 10⁵ CFU/ml) and infusion-based medium (1.04 × 10⁵ CFU/ml) did not significantly differ from the control. The flour-based saga medium offers a promising and effective alternative for cultivating E. coli and S. aureus. Nonetheless, further optimization is advised to improve the flour-based formulation's solubility and visual clarity.

Abstract

Penetapan tersangka yang dibatalkan merupakan fenomena yang seringkali menimbulkan kontroversi dalam sistem peradilan. Artikel ini melakukan tinjauan terhadap kedudukan hukum penetapan tersangka yang ditolak dengan fokus pada kasus-kasus yang memunculkan perdebatan dan implikasi terhadap integritas sistem peradilan. Metode analisis kasus digunakan untuk memeriksa landasan hukum yang menjadi dasar pembatalan penetapan tersangka dalam berbagai konteks hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembatalan penetapan tersangka seringkali dipicu oleh ketidakpatuhan terhadap prosedur hukum, kekurangan bukti yang cukup, atau adanya tekanan politik. Implikasi dari pembatalan ini sangat beragam, mulai dari keraguan publik terhadap keadilan sistem peradilan hingga merosotnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap aparat penegak hukum. Analisis ini menyoroti pentingnya menjaga integritas sistem peradilan melalui penegakan hukum yang transparan, adil, dan berdasarkan bukti yang kuat. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menekankan perlunya perbaikan dalam proses penetapan tersangka untuk menghindari penyalahgunaan wewenang serta memperkuat kepercayaan publik terhadap keadilan hukum. Dengan demikian, pembahasan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang kompleksitas isu hukum yang terkait dengan pembatalan penetapan tersangka dan dampaknya terhadap integritas sistem peradilan

Abstract

Parents are responsible to their children to gave the education, clothing and the utility until they grow up. The children that born from parents in registered marriage by the state are called valid children. Otherwise, If a marriage of the children is not recorded as a children outside the marriage, then the negative impact of the children outside the marriage are birth certificate can not be made because the parents does not have marriage certificates. Section 43 paragraph 1 Laws of Marriage explained that the children that born outside the marriage just have a civil relationship with their mother and their mother's family. Every children who was born entitled to live, growing up, and thriving and get legal protection as a shape of justice and has been released the Supreme Court verdict of the Republic of Indonesia number 46 / PUU-VII / 2010 about Children Outside The Marriage can show the results of the DNA test as evidence of the biological relationship between the children and their father. This research method using an understanding of juridical sosiologis that the research based on the terms and applicable law with the phenomenon happened in the neighborhood in accordance with the practice. The resources used data is a literature review and the decision. Based on the understanding above, the author wants to write it in the form of Skripsi titled "Legal Protection To Children Outside The Marriage After The Decision of the Supreme Court Number 46 / PUU-VII / 2010". The formulation of the problems are what is the arrangement of children outside the marriage rights? What the consequences of the child outside the marriage according to the UUP? and How to protect children outside marriage rights after Supreme Court verdict Number 46 / PUU-VII / 2010.
