Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar masih didominasi oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang interaktif dan cenderung membosankan, sehingga siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami konsep luas bangun datar, yang berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Developmentat model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa/siswi kelas V SDN Lowokwaru 5, Kota Malang. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar validasi ahli materi, media, bahasa, angket guru, angket respon siswa dan tes efektivitas. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan validasi ahli materi 84%, ahli media 93% dan ahli bahasa 100%, yang semuanya dengan kategori “layak untuk digunakan”. Angket guru menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan 100%, sedangkan angket siswa memperoleh persentase 96%, keduanya termasuk kategori “praktis untuk digunakan”. Uji efektivitas E-LKPD menggunakan N-Gain menunjukkan skor rata-rata 0,8, dengan kategori "tinggi" sehingga dikategorikan “efektif untuk digunakan”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, E-LKPD berbasis game edukasi Wordwall pada materi luas bangun datar kelas V SD dinilai memenuhi kriteria kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Direkomendasikan untuk mengembangkan media serupa dengan fitur tambahan yang lebih adaptif.

Abstract

This research investigates employee well-being from an organisational behaviour perspective by examining the impact of job demands and relational resources within educational organisations. It focuses on teachers working in faith-based schools in Java, Indonesia, where strong relational norms, value-based interactions, and close leaders’ member relationships shape everyday work experiences. Specifically, it examines the relationships among work overload, respectful student behaviour, principal support, and teachers’ job satisfaction, with self-efficacy positioned as a mediating psychological mechanism. A quantitative survey was used. Data were collected from 298 teachers across 25 faith-based schools and analysed using PLS-SEM. The findings indicate that work overload is negatively associated with job satisfaction, while respectful student behaviour and principal support are positively associated with job satisfaction. The results further show that self-efficacy mediates the effects of work overload, respectful student behaviour, and principal support on job satisfaction, suggesting that self-efficacy functions as an important psychological resource in managing high work demands and strengthening the benefits of supportive relational environments. Overall, this study highlights the importance of relational resources in sustaining teacher job satisfaction in educational settings and contributes to organisational behaviour and educational management literature by clarifying the mediating role of self-efficacy in the Indonesian faith-based school context.
