<![CDATA[Abstrak: Di Indonesia kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kesehatan masih rendah. Adapun prevalensi penyakit tidak menular di Kabupaten Ponorogo sebesar 40,22%, dan hanya 15% kasus yang terdeteksi. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya edukasi dan kesadaran kesehatan masyarakat. Kelompok PKL 20 UNAIR merancang program "SI KEREN" (Kader Bareng Tanggap Komunikatif) sebagai salah satu program edukasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kader dalam komunikasi, penyuluhan, dan edukasi kesehatan di, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Program ini memiliki mitra bersama dengan 12 orang kader dan 1 wakil dari puskesmas. Adapun rincian mitra pada program ini adalah 2 (bidan dan perawat desa), kader lansia dan PTM sebanyak 10 orang dan 1 Kepala Puskesmas Sukosari sebagai pembicara. Kegiatan/metode pada program terbagi menjadi tiga yakni sebelum pelaksanaan, proses pelaksanaan, dan setelah pelaksanaan serta dilaksanakan proses monitoring dan evaluasi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi program “SI KEREN” (Kader Bareng Tanggap Komunikatif) terjadi peningkatan rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test kader dari 79,17 menjadi 81,67. Secara deskriptif, hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pengetahuan kader sebesar 2,5 poin atau sekitar 3,16%. Meskipun demikian, hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan tersebut tidak signifikan secara statistik (p-value = 0,4922 > 0,05), yang berarti secara ilmiah tidak dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi perubahan yang berarti dalam pengetahuan kader setelah mengikuti kegiatan.Abstract: In Indonesia, public awareness of health is still low. The prevalence of non-communicable diseases in Ponorogo Regency was 40.22%, and only 15% of cases were detected. This shows the importance of public health education and awareness. The UNAIR PKL 20 group designed the “SI KEREN” (Communicative Response Bareng Cadres) program as one of the educational programs that aims to improve cadres' skills in communication, counseling, and health education in Ponorogo Regency. This program has partners together with 12 cadres and 1 representative from the puskesmas. The details of the partners in this program are 2 (midwives and village nurses), 10 elderly and NCD cadres and 1 Head of the Sukosari Puskesmas as a speaker. The activities/methods in the program are divided into three, namely before implementation, the implementation process, and after implementation and the monitoring and evaluation process is carried out during the activity. Based on the evaluation results of the “SI KEREN” (Communicative Response Bareng Cadres) program, there was an increase in the average pre-test and post-test scores of cadres from 79.17 to 81.67. Descriptively, this indicates an increase in cadres' knowledge skills by 2.5 points or about 3.16%. However, the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank statistical test showed that the increase was not statistically significant (p-value = 0.4922 > 0.05), which means that scientifically it cannot be concluded that there was a significant change in the cadres' knowledge after participating in the activity.]]>
