<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata laksana dalam proses pengecekan register penerbitan kembali akta kelahiran luar daerah di Disdukcapil Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis masalah yang dialami pada proses pengecekan register penerbitan kembali akta kelahiran luar daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder melalui dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Jumlah informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak satu orang. Teori manajemen pemerintahan digunakan sebagai kerangka analisis untuk menganalisis permasalahan berdasarkan empat indikator utama, yaitu perencanaan pemerintahan, pengorganisasian sumber-sumber pemerintahan, penggunaan sumber-sumber pemerintahan, dan kontrol pemerintahan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat masalah dalam proses pengiriman surat pengecekan register akta kelahiran luar daerah yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah diharapkan dapat memperbaiki pelayanan dalam menerbitkan kembali kutipan akta kelahiran luar daerah, memperlancar koordinasi antar instansi terkait, mempercepat proses verifikasi dokumen, serta memudahkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga proses proses pengecekan register penerbitan kembali akta kelahiran luar daerah di Disdukcapil DKI Jakarta dapat berjalan lebih efisien dan akurat. This study aims to examine the management procedures involved in the register verification process for the reissuance of out-of-region birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of DKI Jakarta Province. The main focus of this research is to analyze the issues encountered during the register verification process for the reissuance of out-of-region birth certificates. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with primary data collected through interviews and secondary data through documentation and literature review. The research involved one informant. Government management theory was used as the analytical framework, based on four main indicators: government planning, organization of government resources, utilization of government resources, and government control. The results of this study indicate that problems still exist in the process of sending letters for the verification of out-of-region birth certificate registers, which is still done manually. Efforts to address these issues are expected to improve services for the reissuance of out-of-region birth certificates, facilitate coordination between related agencies, accelerate the document verification process, and enhance public service delivery. This would allow the register verification process for the reissuance of out-of-region birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of DKI Jakarta Province to become more efficient and accurate. ]]>
