<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Polsek Wonocolo Polrestabes Surabaya menerapkan program kegiatan, rapat koordinasi kamtibmas, patroli kamtibmas, cangkrukan kamtibmas sebagai upaya untuk menekan tindak kriminal Curat, Curas dan Curanmor guna memberikan rasa aman dan rasa nyaman pada masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah hukum Polsek Wonocolo Surabaya yang menjadi salah satu jajaran dari satuan atas Polrestabes Surabaya, dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan optimalisasi pemolisian masyarakat guna bersinergi dengan Polri dalam rangka memberikan rasa aman dan rasa nyaman pada warga masyarakat, yang mana menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Kriteria rasa aman dan rasa nyaman berdasarkan teori rasa aman oleh Kretch dkk, (1976) dan teori rasa nyaman oleh Potter P.A & Perry, (2006) dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dokumentasi serta triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kriteria optimalisasi program kegiatan telah berjalan sesuai tujuan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan rasa aman yang telah membuat masyarakat terbebas dari rasa cemas dan rasa kawatir serta terbebas dari ancaman maupun teror dan memenuhi kebutuhan rasa nyaman yang mana telah memberikan kekuatan, harapan, hiburan, dukungan, dorongan, bantuan, sehingga masyarakat bebas dari tekanan mental, tekanan fisik maupun sosial. Diharapkan program kegiatan dapat berjalan secara konsisten maka Polsek Wonocolo selalu berkoordinasi dan memberi pengarahan kepada tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, instansi terkait/ tiga pilar serta selalu mengajak warga agar tetap selalu waspada terhadap kejahatan dan melaksanakan program menyeluruh di setiap RW/RT agar masyarakat merasakan manfaat yang sama. The criteria for safety and comfort are based on the theory of security by Kretch et al, (1976) and the theory of comfort by Potter, (2006) with data collection techniques, namely in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation and data triangulation. Data analysis techniques using interactive models include data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the optimization criteria for the activity program have been running according to the objectives by fulfilling the need for a sense of security which has made the community free from anxiety and worry and free from threats and terror and has fulfilled the need for a sense of comfort which has provided strength, hope, entertainment, support, encouragement, assistance, so that people are free from mental pressure, physical and social pressure. It is hoped that the program can run consistently, so the Wonocolo Police will always coordinate and provide guidance to community leaders, religious leaders, relevant agencies/the three pillars and always invites residents to stay alert to crime and carry out comprehensive programs in every RW/RT so that the community feels the benefits that come from it. same.
