Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Product Quality, Service Quality, dan Waiting List terhadap Interest Pendaftar Porsi Haji pada PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk Kantor Cabang Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada nasabah pendaftar porsi haji. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Product Quality, Service Quality, dan Waiting List berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Interest Pendaftar Porsi Haji. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perbankan syariah untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan serta memberikan transparansi informasi mengenai waiting list haji guna meningkatkan minat nasabah. This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Waiting List on the Interest of Hajj Portion Registrants at PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk Bandung Branch Office. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers who registered for the hajj portion. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to see the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that Product Quality, Service Quality, and Waiting List have a significant effect on the Interest of Hajj Portion Registrants. The implications of this study provide insight for Islamic banking to improve the quality of products and services and provide transparency of information regarding the hajj waiting list in order to increase customer Interest.
