Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam pola aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat desa, termasuk dalam pengembangan usaha lokal berbasis komunitas. Namun, rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan pemuda desa, khususnya anggota Karang Taruna, masih menjadi hambatan utama dalam optimalisasi strategi pemasaran produk lokal. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Karang Taruna melalui pelatihan digital marketing yang aplikatif, partisipatif, dan kontekstual. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan experiential learning berbasis praktik langsung dan studi kasus, serta dievaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test pada tujuh indikator kompetensi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman digital marketing (+88,89%), kemampuan membuat konten promosi (+105%), pengelolaan media sosial (+128,57%), dan pemanfaatan marketplace (+160%). Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan jumlah produk yang dipromosikan sebesar 220% dan jangkauan audiens digital sebesar 380%. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga memicu terbentuknya ekosistem wirausaha digital yang berkelanjutan berbasis komunitas. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan digital yang terstruktur dapat menjadi katalisator penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha desa dan membangun kemandirian ekonomi lokal

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga melalui penguatan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) koperasi syariah di wilayah pedesaan Sentani, Kabupaten Jayapura. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu asesmen kebutuhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada literasi keuangan syariah, keterampilan manajerial usaha mikro, serta partisipasi ibu rumah tangga dalam kegiatan ekonomi koperasi. Dari sisi kelembagaan, koperasi syariah mitra mengalami transformasi dalam hal struktur organisasi, sistem pelatihan, dan pelibatan perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Program ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga dan memperkuat modal sosial komunitas. Pendekatan yang digunakan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, partisipatif, dan kontekstual budaya lokal. Oleh karena itu, model ini relevan untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain yang memiliki karakteristik sosial serupa guna mendorong pemberdayaan perempuan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini membahas tentang pengembangan kapasitas Ibu-ibu PKK di Kelurahan Abepura untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pengembangan kapasitas ini difokuskan pada pemberdayaan perempuan melalui peningkatan keterampilan ekonomi, pengetahuan pengelolaan lingkungan, kesehatan keluarga, dan peningkatan partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan pelatihan yang terstruktur, Ibu-ibu PKK diharapkan dapat memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat di tingkat kelurahan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan ekonomi, peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, serta perubahan perilaku yang lebih sehat di kalangan peserta. Program ini juga berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi perempuan dalam kegiatan sosial dan pengambilan keputusan yang berhubungan dengan pembangunan. Program pemberdayaan ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mempercepat pencapaian pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kelurahan Abepura, dengan melibatkan perempuan sebagai agen perubahan yang membawa dampak positif bagi keluarga dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, discipline, and competence on employee performance at the Jayapura Regency Office. Methodology/approach: The research employed a quantitative approach, involving 51 employees from various departments within the Jayapura Regency Office. Data were collected through structured surveys and analyzed using multiple regression analysis with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to assess the relationship between the independent variables (motivation, discipline, and competence) and the dependent variable (employee performance). Results/findings: The analysis revealed that motivation and discipline have significant positive effects on employee performance, with motivation showing the strongest impact. However, competence was found to have no significant direct effect on employee performance in this organizational context. Conclusion: The study concludes that motivation and discipline are critical factors in enhancing employee performance at the Jayapura Regency Office, while competence alone does not directly improve performance. These findings suggest that organizational leaders should prioritize strategies to boost employee motivation and enforce discipline, while also considering how to better leverage employee competencies through supportive work environments and systems. Limitations: A key limitation of this study is its focus on a single government office, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings to other organizational contexts. Additionally, the use of self-reported data may introduce response biases, and the cross-sectional design prevents establishing causal relationships. Contribution: This study contributes to public sector management by revealing how motivation, discipline, and competence differently affect employee performance, offering practical guidance for government institutions to improve productivity through targeted motivational, disciplinary, and competence-enabling interventions strategies.

Abstract

Perayaan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia tidak hanya dimaknai sebagai kegiatan seremonial tahunan, tetapi juga sebagai ruang sosial yang mampu mendorong partisipasi dan memperkuat solidaritas masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat partisipasi Masyarakat, Kampung Nendali, Distrik Sentani Timur, melalui pendampingan dan penguatan kegiatan kemasyarakatan pada perayaan HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke-80. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan masyarakat, pemuda, dan anak-anak dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari perencanaan, persiapan, hingga pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam kegiatan kampung, tumbuhnya semangat gotong royong, serta meningkatnya rasa kebersamaan dan nasionalisme. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model penguatan partisipasi masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to analyze problems in performance-based management within organizations, specifically related to teacher performance management in schools. Specifically, this research aims to analyze: (1) To analyze and understand the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the teaching and learning process at schools. (2) To identify the factors influencing the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the teaching and learning process at State Senior High School (SMAN) 7 in Jayapura City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method that utilizes in-depth interviews as a data collection procedure. The research data includes primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through participant observation and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documentation searches. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that in general the implementation of teacher performance at State Senior High School (SMAN) 7 Jayapura City consisting of assessment indicator instruments: (a) Learning Planning, (b) Learning Implementation, (c) Learning Outcome Assessment, and (d) Personality and Attitude Development shows good results in the sense that the teachers in carrying out their main tasks and functions have been in accordance with the expected expectations. In addition, this study also revealed that even so there are still several things that need to be improved further such as completing learning facilities and infrastructure. The recommendation that can be given through this study is that schools need to provide increased teacher competence and capacity through training, seminars, technical guidance to improve teacher professionalism in the application of educational technology.
