<![CDATA[AbstractThis article aims to determine consideration related impacts unfair business competition in the Commission’s Decision on Case No. 01 / KPPU-L / 2016. This article is a kind of normative law which are prescriptive and applied. The approach which is used is the approach of legislation (statute approach) and the approach of the case (case approach). The sources of legal materials consisting of primary legal materials, secondary, and tertiary collecting these techniques to the study of literature. This article used deductive analysis technique. The results showed that the impact of unfair business competition in Comission’s Decision Number 01 / KPPU-L / 2016 is still very simple, lacking in detail and still not in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 5 Year 1999.Keywords: Conspiracy; Business Competition; Enforcement Rule of LawAbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan terkait dampak persaingan usaha tidak sehat pada Putusan KPPU Perkara Nomor 01/KPPU-L/2016. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat preskiptif dan terapan.. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Undang-undang (statute approach) dan pendekatan kasus (case approach). Sumber bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier dengan teknik pengumpulannya dengan studi kepustakaan. Artikel ini menggunakan teknik analisis secara deduktif.
