Abstract

Marketing is a crucial part of a company. If marketing in a company runs well, it will have an impact on increasing demand. A very important element in marketing activities is communication. Communication can inform consumers about products or services that can create a purchasing process. Brand awareness or brand awareness is the ability of a brand to appear in the minds of consumers when they are thinking about a particular product and how easy the brand is. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of endorser credibility on online purchase intention with brand awareness as a mediator. The research location is in Tabanan City using a purposive sampling technique. The respondents used were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Path Analysis. Based on the analysis, the research results showed that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Brand awareness is able to mediate the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of organizational commitment on the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Negara General Hospital. The population in this study was all 72 doctors working at the Negara General Hospital. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was a census or saturated sampling technique. Path analysis was used for data analysis. The analysis found that 1) motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment among Negara General Hospital employees; 2) motivation and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance at the Negara General Hospital; 3) motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Negara General Hospital through organizational commitment. This study recommends that Negara General Hospital management can improve motivation and organizational commitment to improve employee performance at the Negara General Hospital.

Abstract

Dinas Kebudayaan merupakan instansi pemerintah yang berkaitan erat dengan pelayanan masyarakat dimana Kebudayaan berperan sebagai pelayan dan masyarakat sebagai pelanggan. Untuk mewujudkan peran dan fungsi tersebut perlu adanya manajemen dan sistem yang berkesinambungan dan bersinergi satu sama lain. Peran SDM sendiri sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dari pegawai. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan budaya kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan, Kabupaten Tabanan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 responden dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Budaya kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan Iklim organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan di Kabupaten Tabanan. 2) Budaya kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan iklim organisasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan di Kabupaten Tabanan.
