Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan tenaga medis terhadap implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di Rumah Sakit Manembo-Nembo Bitung. Implementasi RME bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 208 tenaga medis yang bekerja di rumah sakit tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar tenaga medis merasa puas dengan sistem RME, terutama dalam hal timeliness dan ease of use, meskipun masih ada kendala dalam aspek content dan accuracy. Variabel content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kepuasan tenaga medis. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut pada sistem RME, terutama pada peningkatan pelatihan dan penyajian informasi dalam sistem. Kata Kunci: kepuasan tenaga medis, Rekam Medis Elektronik, content, accuracy, timeliness Abstract This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of medical staff regarding the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at Manembo-Nembo Bitung Hospital. The implementation of EMR aims to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare services. The method used in this study is a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach, where data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 208 medical staff working at the hospital. The results of the study show that most medical staff are satisfied with the EMR system, especially in terms of timeliness and ease of use, although there are still challenges in the content and accuracy aspects. The variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness have a significant relationship with medical staff satisfaction. This study provides recommendations for further improvements in the EMR system, particularly in enhancing training and information presentation.
