Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalis pengaruh penerapan SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial serta pengaruhnya secara simultan terhadap kinerja pada karyawan SDN 001 Sekupang. Pendekatan riset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yaitu pengujian yang didasarkan pada kajian teoritis dan empiris Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SD Negeri 001 Sekupang. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regreasi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian koefisien dari analisis regreasi linier berganda menunjukkan variebel SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri 001 Sekupang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the working discipline at the Office of Revenue and Financial Management of Cilegon City, to determine the performance of employees and to know the relationship of work discipline with the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue and Financial Management of Cilegon City. The research method used is a type of survey in assosiative method, while the data type of this research is quantitative data with the sample of 53 people. Statistical analysis used is the correlation coefficient at significance level α = 5%. Result of research: The correlation coefficient r = 0.9310, meaning there is a very strong relationship between work discipline with employee performance and is positive. The relationship is shown in a simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 0.57 + 1.01X. it can be concluded there is a very strong relationship between work discipline with employee performance of 86.66% while the rest of 13.332% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the mean for the company to achieves its goal, for they’re the one who market the product. However, in order to achieve its purposes, the company needs systematic and structured setting regulated in the form of organitation structure. Thus, it is hoped that every obstacle, like work pressure and leadership function, employees performance could work well.The sample in this research are 30, and the data is collected by spreading some quetionaire related to work pressure and leadership style and employees performance an Blitz Hotel Batam, where result of the analysis and discssion show that : (1) leadership styles has significant influence on employeed performance, (2) job work pressure hasn’tsignificant influence employeed performance.
