Abstract

Pedagogical activity is a complex process, which manifests various social and psychological aspects. Pedagogical activity was scientifically analyzed in the article, and models of pedagogical activity were studied based on the principles of a systematic approach. Also, the opinions of foreign scientists on the content and structure of pedagogical activity are given. Five structural components of the application of general systems theory in the analysis of pedagogical activity are distinguished.

Abstract

The article presents a study of the quality of education within the framework of the quality management system in a medical university. The main attention is paid to the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the quality of education, the results of a survey of satisfaction with the quality of education by the educational process within the discipline "Psychology and Pedagogy" are shown.

This scientific article is devoted to the issues of communicative tolerance of teachers of higher educational institutions, and it is indicated that communicative tolerance is one of the main determinants of an effective educational process, as well as the main personal substructures that determine communicative tolerance.
