Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, Promotion, Location, and Store Atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions at Pandora 88 Jember Restaurant. The data for this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to research objects with purposive sampling techniques. This type of research is Quantitative. Respondents were seventy respondents. Data analysis in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, multiple linear regression analysis test, Determination Test (R2), t Test, F Test. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Service Quality, Promotion, Location and Store Atmosphere do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The value (Adjusted R2) is twenty seven point one percent

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Price, Location, Product Quality, and Word Of Mouth on the purchasing decision of Es Teh Poci in Tempurejo Jember. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is Consumers of Es Teh Poci in Tempurejo Jember. The sample used was 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was Purposive sampling. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The tests used were data instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests), t tests and F tests. the results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Product Quality, and Word Of Mouth partially have no significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, while Price and Location partially have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously, Brand Image, Price, Location, Product Quality, and Word Of Mouth have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions of Es Teh Poci in Tempurejo Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of management and organizational direction in improving the quality of Islamic education at SMP Buana Waru. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this research explores how the school leadership and management structure direct the vision and policies of the school to meet the challenges of modern Islamic education. Observational results reveal that strategic planning, the involvement of all organizational components, and leadership rooted in Islamic values are key factors in shaping a high-quality educational environment. The study recommends enhancing managerial capacity and internal organizational synergy as strategic steps toward continuous quality improvement in Islamic education

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work environment , work discipline, work motivation, compensation and workload on employee performance at CV Aneka Jaya Rambipuji, Jember The research method used is quantitative. In this study, data was collected with observations, interviews, and questionnaires to 70 people, using saturated sample technique , for finding out the respondent’s perception about each variables. The analysis used includes data instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test), and hypothesis test (F test, t test, and determination coefficient test). The results of the t-test research in this study showed that the variables of work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance while the work environment,motivation and work load had no a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the result of the analysis, this study shows that the F test of the variables work environment , work discipline, work motivation, compensation and workload had a simultaneous effect on employee performance

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work conflict, leadership, Work stress, work load, interpersonal communication on employee performance at PT BPR Nusamba Rambipuji, Jember The research method used is quantitative. The sample of this study was 66 people, using saturated sample technique. In this study, data was collected with observations, interviews, literature review and questionnaires. The analysis used includes data instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test), and hypothesis test (F test, t test, and determination coefficient test). Based on the result of the analysis, this study shows that the F test of the variables of work conflict, leadership, work stress, work load, interpersonal communication had a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test research in this study showed that the variables of interpersonal communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the variables of work conflict , leadership, work stress, workload had no significant effect on employee performance.
