Abstract

This Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit and practical skills of young people through training in making bouquet crafts and accessories. The program is motivated by the significant potential of the creative industry among youth, especially in handmade products with high market value. The method used was a two-day interactive workshop covering entrepreneurship theory, bouquet crafting practice, and digital marketing strategies. The results showed that 90% of participants successfully created their own products, and 60% expressed interest in starting their own businesses. This activity positively impacted participants by fostering creativity and promoting economic independence. It is expected that this program can serve as a sustainable model for youth empowerment through the creative economy.

Abstract

Culture has the potential to develop interest in entrepreneurship. The relationship that can occur between culture and entrepreneurship is to utilize existing cultural diversity to increase business activities and help increase economic growth. Dayak Culture-Based Entrepreneurship Development Model. The development model that can be carried out is through collaboration between the business sector and the Dayak culture sector. The appropriate policy for local economic empowerment is sourced from village funds. The purpose of village funds is to accelerate village development, improve the welfare of village communities through various programs such as development and empowerment. Culture has an important role in an area, because culture is a characteristic or even the identity of a tribe in the area. However, the interest or concern of the current young generation is very lacking in existing culture, therefore there needs to be an appropriate and appropriate solution for young people today. The hope is that the existing culture will continue to be preserved and maintained properly
