Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between Foreign Investment and Labor with the variables of open unemployment rate and labor force participation rate to economic growth using panel data analysis methods and secondary data with the period 2019-2023 and a sample of 38 districts and cities in East Java. The results of the analysis are shown in the form of the open unemployment rate having a negative and significant effect on economic growth, the labor force participation rate having a negative and insignificant effect and FDI having a positive and significant effect on economic growth in East Java.
