Abstract

Banyak tempat ibadah di pedesaan belum memiliki sertifikat wakaf resmi, meski tanahnya telah diwakafkan secara lisan sejak lama. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mendampingi masyarakat dalam proses pengurusan akta ikrar wakaf agar sah secara hukum. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui edukasi hukum, wawancara, observasi, serta asistensi administratif. Data diperoleh dari tokoh masyarakat, nazir, dan aparat desa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa minimnya pemahaman prosedural menjadi kendala utama. Namun, melalui pendampingan intensif, masyarakat berhasil menyelesaikan proses sertifikasi wakaf. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif dapat menjembatani kesenjangan antara kesadaran religius dan tata kelola hukum, serta menawarkan model praktik pengabdian yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Sumber Tangkil Village, Tirtoyudi District, Malang Regency, East Java is one of the villages that has abundant natural wealth, among its natural wealth There are many golden banana trees found. In this area the Golden Banana is a source of eyes the life of the local community in fulfilling their daily needs, will but the golden bananas that are abundantly don't get the maximum treatment not even accepted in the market. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research method. Abstract

Waqf land management for productive business is a very important thing beneficial for the benefit of the people, starting from the management of productive businesses for facilities worship, education and so on that are still minimally empowered to the maximum. Implementation of waqf land management for productive businesses in village mosques Pagedangan, Turen Malang District, is still simple and traditional. This can seen from the productive waqf assets that grow and develop which are only managed by nazhir sticks to rigid business, lacks innovation, and is a job by-products that are social or voluntary as well as productive waqf assets that grow and Growing is a simple business with little risk. This research conducted in Al-Falah and Baiturrahman mosques. The population in this study amounted to 2 mosques, especially who run productive waqf.
