The government provides educational institutions with support for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum through six interventions. Schools must ensure that all teachers understand the Merdeka Curriculum to successfully implement it. Strategic planning is necessary for schools to develop human resources to implement the Merdeka Learning Curriculum successfully. This study focuses on the School of Movement's strategic planning to develop human resources for implementing the Merdeka Learning Curriculum at SD Negeri Batursari 5. The research aims to: 1) analyze the strategic planning of human resource development for implementing the Merdeka Learning Curriculum at SD Negeri Batursari 5. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data triangulation was used to test validity. Data analysis techniques include condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data. The research findings show that the school principal makes strategic plans by involving all school stakeholders, including the principal, teachers, and the school committee, in six stages: 1) establishing the school's vision, mission, and goals; 2) conducting internal analysis (strengths and weaknesses); 3) conducting external analysis (opportunities and threats); 4) formulating policies and strategies to be used; 5) evaluating and reflecting; and 6) taking action based on the results of the evaluation and reflection.
