Karyawan berperan penting dalam menjalankan berbagai aktivitas perusahaan. Karyawan perlu memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan organizational citizenship behavior guna mendukung kelangsungan perusahaan. Kecerdasan emosional membantu karyawan dalam mengendalikan emosi, menjalin hubungan kerja yang harmonis, serta menangani konflik dengan cara yang tepat. Sementara itu, organizational citizenship behavior mendorong karyawan untuk memberikan kontribusi lebih dari tugas yang dibebankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di PT. X. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Sampling jenuh digunakan dengan melibatkan 38 karyawan tetap di PT. X sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil dari analisis data pada penelitian ini memperlihatkan jika nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Peningkatan kecerdasan emosional karyawan akan diikuti oleh peningkatan organizational citizenship behavior. Sementara, rendahnya kecerdasan emosional akan diikuti dengan rendahnya tingkat organizational citizenship behavior yang ditampilkan karyawan. Abstract Employees play an important role in carrying out various company activities. They need to possess emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior to support the sustainability of the company. Emotional intelligence helps employees regulate their emotions, build harmonious working relationships, and handle conflicts appropriately. Meanwhile, organizational citizenship behavior encourages employees to contribute beyond their assigned duties. This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior among employees at PT. X. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. Saturated sampling was used by involving 38 permanent employees at PT. X as respondents. The data analysis technique employed was Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of the data analysis showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior. An increase in employees' emotional intelligence will be followed by an increase in organizational citizenship behavior. Conversely, low emotional intelligence will be accompanied by a lower level of organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the employees.
