Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Komunitas Keprofesian(Professional Community) program organized by Masjid Salman ITB in preparing participants, especially alumni cadres, to face the professional world after graduation. The program is designed to provide training in various fields, including academia, business, social, professional, and statesmanship, focusing on enhancing technical skills and developing soft skills. The research method used is a qualitative approach with semi-structured interview techniques. Participants consisted of 7 informants selected purposively based on their active involvement in the program. Data analysis was carried out using the service effectiveness framework from Rino J. Patti (1988), which measures three main dimensions: client change, service quality, and client satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that this program is effective in bringing positive behavioral changes to participants, improving skills, and helping them set career goals. However, several challenges were found related to accessibility and the implementation of the hybrid format in the program's execution. Overall client satisfaction was achieved, but improvements are needed in practical application aspects. This study recommends improvements in the program structure to better meet the specific needs of participants and adjust training methods to be more inclusive and practical.
